Linda Joyce Dennison has served the Mobile Alumnae Chapter for many years since returning to Mobile following her initiation in the Delta Delta Chapter at Alabama A&M University in 1972. 

In Mobile Alumnae Chapter, she has served in many capacities.  She has served on the Delteen, Audit, Information and Communications, May Week, Membership Services, Economic Development, Social and Budget Committees. She has served as chair for the Kaleidoscope Booklet and Ways and Means. 

Soror Dennison has served as Assistant Treasurer, 2001-2002, Financial Secretary and chair of Program Planning, 2002-2006. While serving as Assistant Treasurer and Financial Secretary, she joyfully assisted Delta Dears with registering for conventions, conferences and other financial matters related to the chapter.

Soror Dennison served as Second Vice-President, 2006-2008 and also Chair of Program Planning and Development and Co-chair of Rules, Policies and Procedures.  Soror Dennison served as First Vice President, 2008-2010 while serving on the Founders Day, Rules/ Policies and Procedures, Membership Services and Technology Committees. 

She has attended Regional Conferences in 2001, 2003 and served on the Rules Committee at the 40^th Southern Regional Conference, 2005. Soror Dennison has audited books for the Iota Nu City-Wide Chapter 2004-2005.  She is a certified Membership Intake Trainer and a certified Advisor Trainer. She was appointed to serve on the National Housing and Properties Committee by our National President, Cynthia M. A. Butler-McIntyre. 

In addition to service for the chapter, Soror Dennison has assisted many young people in our community with applications for financial aid and other assistance for school.   Soror Dennison is the owner of Dennison�s Accounting and Tax Services and is employed with South Alabama Cares and H&R Block Income Tax Service.
